Globalization can be conceived of as a conglomerate of complex processes, affecting virtually every corner of this planet. While the stress in discussions about globalization is often on economics, environmental and socio-cultural aspects of globalization are as important and deserve equal attention.
Since globalization involves many actors with conflicting interests, it is important to create an open knowledge bank in which people from all over the world can contribute freely, sharing their interpretations and understandings of what globalization is all about.
Although the main language of communication of this wiki is English, contributions in other languages are welcomed as well.
